I see what I can, how much my eyes can take in. They’ll cast over the vast see and miss all the eerie darkness that lurks beneath the water. The trees, the birds, there’s too much of them that my eyes wonder vaguely though nature and I miss most of what is truly extraordinary. What can I do to see the world? The world as a whole? Do I need more eyes? Will my senses overpower the virtue of my sight and take in what I don’t see? The world is a tease. It beholds it’s beauty within deep pockets. Simply the naked eye cannot see this, it can only see a small percentage. Either that, or it keeps all of its beauties in places where you have to fracture a bone, to see what’s on top of a mountain. You have to sacrifice yourself to see what the world is hiding away. I wish my eyes were gouged out of my eyes sockets and placed in the hidden wonders of the world. I’d have an ongoing, precious film playing in my head at all hours of the day. And in those moments of beauty, I’d feel the whole spectrum of our world strike through me like tough waves in the sea.
